Start with the missing handoff.
Bring one recent enquiry and trace what happened after it arrived. Who received it, where was it recorded, and when did someone decide the next action? A missed handoff gives the project a clearer brief than a list of software features.
This service is a fit when several people handle enquiries, follow-up depends on memory, or records sit across disconnected tools. If a shared inbox and a simple contact list already work reliably, we may recommend a smaller change first.
Agree the operating model before building.
We turn the chosen journey into an implementation scope: contact fields, pipeline stages, owners, entry conditions and stop rules. Calendars, forms and messaging are included only where they serve that journey. Access, subscription entitlements and integration support are checked before a feature is promised.
- Define what qualifies an enquiry and who owns it.
- Identify the system that owns each customer record.
- Agree which messages require approval or permission.
- Separate essential launch work from later enhancements.
Test the awkward cases, not just the happy path.
A working demonstration is not the same as a dependable handover. We test duplicate enquiries, changed appointments, stopped conversations and missing information. Where an external integration fails, the team needs a visible exception and a named person to resolve it.
Your acceptance checklist should include a correctly delivered test message, accurate pipeline state, a clear owner and the expected next task. Sending volume is not a success metric if the customer journey is wrong.
Keep ownership inside your business.
Implementation should leave you with access to your account, a field and workflow map, and a practical walkthrough for the people who will use it. Ongoing maintenance, software subscriptions and paid messaging are separate scope items. We agree who maintains connections and approves future changes.
The first conversation identifies one useful starting workflow and the constraints around it. From there we can scope the free demonstration offered on this site and a separate production implementation. There is no obligation to commission the build.
Questions before you start
Questions before you start
Do we need to choose GoHighLevel before speaking with you?
No. Bring the business problem and your current tools. Platform fit is part of the discussion; a simpler CRM or a targeted repair may be sufficient.
Can you repair an existing account?
Potentially. We first review access, active workflows and record ownership. Changes to a live account need an agreed test and rollback plan so existing enquiries are not disrupted.
Does the free demonstration include our entire CRM rollout?
No. It covers the bounded demonstration agreed after discovery. Account migration, production integrations, team rollout and ongoing support are scoped separately.
